In the design of this project, by changing the material of the two administrative and commercial uses and creating a gap between them, we emphasized on the issue of separating these two uses. In addition, the vertical structure of the tiles and the extension of some of them, from the lowest office floor to the top of the parapet level, was an appropriate answer to solve the problem of the shortness of the project. By considering the glass wall that covers the entire height of the building which is the junction of the two facades, we have also used the possibility of the building being two-corner in the facing of the south and west facades. In the interior design of this project, we created an exposed and dynamic space, by regarding the administrative use and investigating the Work Spaces of the developed countries
