In this project, on the one hand, we sought to create a new discourse regarding the neighborhood’s facade, and at the same time, the governing rules forced us to follow the material and color of the facade, on the other hand, the programs governing the project and its compatibility with These were the challenges we faced. For this purpose, in order to create a balance between all cases, the design of the building’s mass and void was taken into consideration, on the south facade, by using the fracture in the facade and the movement of the surfaces in that section, the mass and void spaces were emphasized and with the same proportions and composition. Balconies and bedrooms were organized. On the north facade, an attempt was made to create a combination in line with the main facade, while providing a brief balcony for each floor and maintaining the rhythm of mass and void in the building. A series of wide horizontal lines were placed in both facades so that it can act as a joint (especially on the south) among the facades of the neighborhood and can also be recognized as an individual element among other buildings.
